Staf meja referensi tersedia untuk menyediakan semua jenis layanan referensi kepada pengguna perpustakaan.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Layanan referensi adalah layanan yang disediakan oleh bagian referensi di perpustakaan yang membantu pengunjung perpustakaan untuk mendapatkan akses terhadap informasi yang mereka butuhkan.  Departemen referensi Perpustakaan IOU memberikan arahan kepada pengguna perpustakaan tentang<br>materi perpustakaan, memberikan nasihat tentang koleksi perpustakaan dan layanan tentang berbagai jenis informasi dari berbagai sumber.  Staf perpustakaan IOU memberikan keterampilan literasi informasi kepada semua jenis pengguna perpustakaan. Perpustakaan IOU, juga Panduan pengguna, di mana pengguna dipandu dalam memilih sumber dan layanan informasi yang paling tepat serta memenuhi dan memuaskan kebutuhan informasi mereka.  Ada banyak layanan yang disediakan oleh pustakawan referensi untuk semua penggunaan. Using Online database The IOU Libraries, also guide and teach the library user how to find and using the library online database for research purpose \u00a0Advice on searching information.
