Located at the IOU Headquarters in Banjul, The Gambia, the library is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The IOU Libraries are equipped with modern, state-of-the-art technology, including an International-Level Integrated Library Management System, Repository Management System, and Digital Library Management System. With access to over 10,000 eBooks and a cutting-edge library website, IOU ensures its users can seamlessly engage with library services. Internet access is also available, widely utilized by faculty, staff, and students.
