The IOU Libraries (HQ Gambia) provide lending services of library books and other materials during working hours. The IOU Libraries circulation desk staff are available to provide lending services to all patrons. The staff can further guide patrons about the lending services, locations of books and other materials, searching assistance, and returning of books service. All registered users of the library are entitled to borrow books and items from the lending section. Lending privileges differ for various categories of membership. The library also provides services to renew books and provides records on the status of library fines and book history to all categories of users.
